Paola Ortega is a seasoned event management specialist with nearly a decade of experience in the financial industry. Currently, she serves as the Managing Partner at DDC Financial Group and is a Partner at Rock Eleven Group. Known for her energy and passion, Paola excels at creating meaningful connections that empower event participants to stand out and uncover business opportunities that drive growth and success.

Smaragda Inglessi is a cosmopolitan entrepreneur and investment advisor who has lived in London, Doha, Larnaka, Beirut, and Athens. With a law degree from Westminster University and a Master’s in Entertainment Law, she worked at a top City of London law firm before venturing into tourism and real estate. Having visited 35 countries, Smaragda now runs her own boutique firm, advising companies, funds, and individuals on investment opportunities.

Suzan Kodrazi, PhD, is a distinguished expert in the mining and metals sector, Suzan brings extensive experience that will strengthen the group’s strategic direction.
As Managing Partner at KNA, Suzan specializes in evaluating and structuring investment projects in metals and mining across regions such as Turkey, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), the Western Balkans, the Middle East, Northern Africa, and Scandinavia.

Andrew Shelepnytsky is a seasoned executive with nearly a decade in business development. As Vice President of The Monegasque and the Maria Callas Monaco Gala & Awards, he shapes Monaco’s media and cultural landscapes. A partner at FC Barbagiuans and an Investment Partner in ADMCS, he fosters community through sports and innovation in logistics. An Ambassador for Peace with the Universal Peace Federation, Andrew is committed to promoting global harmony.
